We’ve continued investing in our growing city while keeping affordability and value for taxpayers front and centre. In 2025, 80% of surveyed residents said they receive good value for their tax dollars.
✓ Bringing Our Downtown Back to Life
A renewed Veterans Park, Donald Pathway and Leigh Square.
We’ve transformed the heart of downtown with welcoming public spaces, more parking and new places to gather, play, celebrate and support local businesses. Leigh Square alone hosted 35 events in its first year reopened — and the best is yet to come.

We’ve worked to create more housing choices, speed up approvals and add hundreds of new licensed childcare spaces to better support families in our growing community. As PoCo grows, we’re planning for the homes, services and amenities people need at every stage of life.

More places to play, connect and enjoy our city.
We’ve advanced major projects like the Gates Park Soccer Hub, new covered Multi-Use Sports Facility and PoCo Climb, while continuing to invest in parks, trails, playgrounds and recreation amenities. Millions in provincial funding are helping deliver these projects while reducing the cost to local taxpayers.

As Council designate, I’ve been proud to help champion sensory-friendly programming, more accessible facilities, playgrounds and events, expanded recreation financial assistance, and City-funded 1:1 support for children and youth with disabilities.

From major Kingsway upgrades and safer transportation connections to roads, utilities and flood protection, we’re maintaining what we have while building for what comes next. This includes major upgrades to the Cedar Creek and Maple Creek pump stations to strengthen flood protection for our community.

More community-led events. More opportunities to bring people together.
I’ve helped modernize the City’s approach to events — streamlining the process for community organizers, focusing resources where they have the greatest impact, and creating a new sponsorship program to offset costs. It’s now easier to bring events and celebrations to PoCo and add more energy and life to spaces like Leigh Square.

Community Builder. Mother. Entrepreneur. Advocate.
Port Coquitlam isn’t just where I serve. It’s home.
I’m a lifelong Tri-Cities resident and have called Port Coquitlam home for the past decade. It’s where I’m raising my two boys, where I’ve built my business, and where I’ve spent years bringing people together through community events, volunteer work and local initiatives.
Before being elected to Council in 2022, I spent four years on the Mayor’s Citizen Advisory Roundtable and more than 15 years producing events across the Tri-Cities. As an entrepreneur and event professional, my work has taught me how to manage budgets, solve problems, build partnerships and turn big ideas into practical plans — experience I bring to the Council table every day.
But some of the perspectives I bring can’t be learned at work.
As a mom raising two young boys, including a son with autism, I understand how decisions about housing, childcare, recreation, accessibility, transportation and affordability show up in the everyday lives of families. That experience has also made me a passionate advocate for accessibility, disability inclusion and mental health.
I believe local government benefits when the people around the table bring different life experiences, generations and ways of thinking. My four years on Council have been proof of that. I’m proud to bring the perspective of a millennial, mom, small business owner, community builder and advocate to the table — and to have turned that perspective into ideas, action and results.
Port Coquitlam has been an incredible place to build my life. I want to help make sure it remains that kind of place for the generations coming next.
